I took this today from my car window (don't worry - the light was red).
No, we do not live in Kansas, and no, we have not recently experienced any heavy winds, tornadoes or monsoons.

That is totally random! So funny. So many times I've wished I had my camera to take picts of odd events/ things. That is weird.
